weird children visit

                               Weird children visit

“Yawn”I said as I woke up. As usual I said, “Goodmorning baby G, good morning Albert, good morning Sam,” “Good Morning Mr.Big” they said back to me. It Wasn’t a rainy day, it was a clear, sunny day. It was as big as a diamond, the sky was sparkly blue like mountain water, and the sun was as bright as God (exaggerating). I ate myt never-ending breakfast/ lunch/ dinner grass, then I reached up for some leaves because the grass was too dry. I decided to run around the pen for and goat houses. When I was done, I didn’t notice that naughty, Baby G jump over the fence behind me and said hi to her mum and dad. Did I mention that Baby G was raised by cows?

While I was watching Albert and Sam, I noticed that there were strange kids arriving. “The sheep look full” I wondered why, so I asked them. “Because the children fed us our dessert and your gonna get some to” explained the sheep, “Yeehaw!” I thought. When they got to our pen, I noticed my friendly farm friend, Debby. I rushed to the fence for food, and the first person who had a plate of dessert was a very handsome man. I was glad that I was eating out of his hand. The dessert was scrumptious, then I saw more dessert, I had to eat it all but before I could, Albert and Sam ate everything else. I wandered where Baby G went.

Before I could ask for more, they all went to feed the cows. “There’s Baby G, she’s with the cows!” I was thinking about the time when Baby G ate over love baby’s trees.

I liked those children. they were nice. I especially liked that handsome man. I hope to see them again.

          RAP-punzel

In the 12th of November, the actors of N.Z. playhouse Auckland came to our school, C.T.K. (Christ The King) Owairaka. The actors names are, Ben, Jack and Jane. They were here because they are presenting shows to every school in Auckland.

Ben came out from the curtain and was dressed up as Pinocchio, one of my favourite fairytale characters. He told us what to do when the signs appear. There was one that said applause, one that said laugh, and one that said oooh, . After we practiced doing  what the  signs had said, Simon Cow (like Simon Cowell) came out from behind the curtain too. He expected us to clap, but the applause sign did not come out, so he argued with Pinocchio about how an amazing  producer he was.

Then it came to the judging of the acts. First was, one was Jill’s act (from Jack and Jill), Simon Cow asked if she was going to fetch a pail of water and that's what she did, she pretended that she was gonna spill it on us. He thought this was too boring so he pressed his button and Jill walked away. Next was Sleeping Beauty. Her act was to sleep beautifully. She, at first was yawning, then, she snored. Simon pushed his button but she was still sleeping. He had to kiss her on the cheek so she could wake up. Finally came Rapunzel, her act was was to sing. She sung a song called yellow (the lyrics were changed) but Simon just thought it was going to be just as bad as the other’s acts so he read his newspaper. She started singing and Simon was drawn to her voice. He said that she won the land far, far, away’s got talent winner, but she had to sign a contract to get the prize. The contract said that Simon Cow will have total control of the winner and would have to do what he wants. Rapunzel didn't sign it and still lived a poor life. The really funny parts was when prince rupee’s pants were falling down and when he was hiding behind his horse.

In my own opinion, Duffy theater is similar. This theater is good for all ages because they have slapstick humor for people who don’t get the joke and sophisticated humor for people who do get it. They had a good amount of props and also had fun playing with words. Expect their performances to always be hilarious.

Mary Mackillop centre
I hear voices chattering and laughing about Ben playing on a trampoline. I am in the yard of the Mary Mackillop centre with the school for our trip. It seems as if it is midday. I see an interesting water ball.

A bunch of people gather around the sphere. I feel water dripping on my shoes. The water makes a splashing sound when it reaches the small pool underneath it. I spot one person out of the corner of my eye touching the water sphere. I smell the food some of the people behind me are eating.

I wonder why they have this in there garden. Maybe the sphere represents Jesus and the water represents the water of his baptism.

Will they open the coffin to steal his riches, or leave it as it is? And will Snotlout, Hiccup’s cousin, seal the treasure for himself.

This is a very exciting book. It is one of my favourite books and I hope the author will make more books about it. I rate it 8 years and over just because it’s a really interesting book but it has some words that might be too complicated for younger ages.
